The rules and guidelines for using the Getsmo study platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Getsmo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. Getsmo is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

2. Service Description and AI Disclaimer

Getsmo is an AI-powered reviewer and study platform designed to assist engineering students.

Important Disclaimer: While we utilize advanced Artificial Intelligence to generate study materials, explanations, and reviews, AI can occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information. Getsmo is provided strictly as a supplementary study aid. It is not a substitute for your official university curriculum, textbooks, or your professor's instructions. We do not guarantee academic outcomes, and we are not liable for any impact on your grades or exams.

3. Premium Pass and Account Access

Getsmo operates on a Premium pass model. Purchasing a Premium pass grants your account full access to all available subjects and features for a continuous period of 150 days (equivalent to a standard 5-month semester).

  • Your 150-day access begins immediately upon successful payment.
  • The pass unlocks all features at the account level.
  • You may not share your account credentials with others. Account sharing may result in immediate termination of your access without a refund.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway, Ganap.net. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use Getsmo for personal, educational purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract our AI prompts, databases, or content.
  • Use the platform for any illegal activities or academic dishonesty.
  • Interfere with the platform's security or performance.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service.

You may also choose to permanently delete your account at any time. Voluntary account deletion will instantly revoke your Premium access. In accordance with our Refund Policy, no refunds will be granted for any remaining time on your 150-day pass if you choose to terminate your account early.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
